Chapter & Vines tiers are structured as follows:

• Reader – Book with minimal design elements

• Curated – Designed edition with aesthetic enhancements

• Ritual – Book plus candle and/or tea ritual components

• Founder – Individually numbered limited edition with premium finishes

All Chapter & Vines drops are produced in small batches.

Founder and limited editions are individually numbered and produced in restricted quantities. Once sold out, availability is not guaranteed.

Due to the limited nature of these editions, opened or visibly handled copies cannot be resold as new.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and resalable condition.

Books must remain unread and free from spine creasing, page folding, marking, staining, or damage.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be applied to reflect diminished value.

Founder and sealed editions cannot be returned once protective seals have been removed, unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to limited stock quantities, exchanges may not be possible once an edition has sold out.

Chapter & Vines ships via standard An Post services unless otherwise specified at checkout.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us. Postal delays can occur.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by An Post, we will either:

• Issue a replacement (subject to stock availability), or

• Provide a refund at our discretion.

For limited or Founder editions where stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to investigate claims of non-delivery before issuing a replacement or refund.
